SUPPORT TICKETS

NB!  When raising a Support Ticket, kindly ensure that:

  • your e-mail address and contact number are clearly stated at the top of the ticket. This is because by default, notification e-mails are sent only to the e-mail address stated on your TalkingPoint licence.
  • you state the product you are running (e.g. TalkingPoint Commander)
  • you state the patch you are running (e.g. 15.01.012)
  • you state what you were doing, and copy or attach any relevant error message into the ticket.
  • you state if the problem always occurs and/or in what conditions they occur.
  • for a newly occurring problem, you state what has recently changed in the operating environment since the system was running correctly (e.g. if there have been any upgrades).
