Adequate training is essential for the successful implementation of all speech products.  This is especially true for Speech Recognition Systems, due to the highly interactive and individual nature of the dictation process.  For all applications involving interactive dictation and command and control, 1-to-1 training is required.

     TalkingPoint Commander (largely hands-free use special needs) 2 Days (1-to-1)
     TalkingPoint Commander (hands-free use special needs) 3 days (1-to-1)
     TalkingPoint Commander (visually impaired and blind special needs) 3-5 days (1-to-1)
     TalkingPoint SpeechToText 1 Day per group of 1-3 secretaries + 1 hour per author
     TalkingPoint Recorder 1/2 hour per author.
     Olympus Digital Dictation Authors (1/2 hour per author)
     Olympus Digital Dictation Secretaries (1/2 day per group of 1-3 secretaries)

Train the trainer courses are available for those rolling out across a large organisation and these involve the trainee training to use the software in the usual way and then accompanying a GHG Trainer for 3 days on live training programs.
