Malcolm Grant, Managing Director, and one of the founders of GHG, originally graduated as a Civil Engineer, but took an early interest in computing when it was in its infancy.  With 30 years of continuous software design behind him, Malcolm has gained a wide range of experience of all aspects of software design, development, delivery and support. 

His key focus is to deliver the benefits that voice technologies promise by integrating appropriate technologies into the customer's workflow and providing appropriate training whether to IT staff or end users.

He is married with three grown up children and in his spare time he enjoys sports including squash, tennis, skiing and cycling.
