How to Manage Firmware on Your Devices (2013/04/11) Download

Description:

This document describes how to determine what firmware version is on your hardware device and how to upgrade the firmware.

It also lists the recommended versions of firmware, and versions with which there are known problems.

At present it covers only Philips Speech Mikes.

NOTE: If a firmware update fails your device may be disabled so please ensure you read this document carefully before proceeding.

Version 1.3 updates the recommended version for SpeechMike 3. It also has an appendix with details of recent firmware upgrades for SpeechMike 2 and 3.

Check the downloads for firmware if you do not have the required files.
