• DocPro makes it quick and easy to create your Word Documents. Even computer novices can create, edit and file Word Documents when they use GHG DocPro.
• With DocPro, it takes minimal knowledge and effort to create letters, faxes, memos, forms, reports, valuations, pleadings, bills, schedules etc.
• DocPro "tops and tails" for you Simply select the document type you want from a displayed list and enter the addressee's name. The Addressee's details are imported from Microsoft Outlook and inserted in the document along with your own. Once entered in Outlook, items like postal addresses, names, phone numbers, e-mail addresses etc. need never be typed again.
• Text fields, drop-down lists and check boxes are used to optimise any remaining manual entries. Entries can be reviewed and edited, before they are automatically formatted and inserted in the document. (E.g. true title case, centred, bold and underlined for a letter title)
• DocPro "finishes off" for you When you have finished your document, DocPro cleans it up ready for the out-tray.
• DocPro deletes unwanted text, selects inclusions, copies text, inserts standard clauses, calculates values etc.
• All you need to do is print, sign and send.

• DocPro intelligently generates paths and filenames for your documents.

DocPro numbers your paragraphs (e.g. for reports and agreements) DocPro makes light work of reliable paragraph numbering. You can select from a variety of popular numbering styles, then assign any of five numbering levels to selected paragraphs. Numbering is updated on-the-fly as paragraphs are created, demoted, promoted, inserted and deleted.

DocPro handles all document types DocPro's unique Wizard helps you create your own set of standard document types, customised to your house-style. You can select the items you want to include in your document and how you want them to behave.

DocPro helps however you create your Documents Whether you type/audio-type, dictate into a PC/mobile reorder, create your own or somebody else's documents, it is quicker and easier with DocPro. You can even generate a series of finished documents direct from off-line recordings. For those who prefer to talk rather than type, DocPro is fully voice activated by the addition of GHG VoicePro for Office and Dragon NaturallySpeaking Professional.
