1. Documents
   The Toolkit works in Microsoft Word and can be used for Particulars of Claim, Opinions, Advices, Skeleton Arguments, Replies, Defences, and Answers etc. Text position/formatting is automatic, leaving you free to concentrate on content.
   
   
2. Front Page
   Front Pages are filled from entries in clearly labelled fields (e.g. "Court" and "Claimant Name"). Entries are automatically converted to the correct case and style and inserted in the appropriate positions.
   
   
3. Back Page
   The back page is created as an unnumbered half-width page. Items common to Front and Back Pages are automatically copied to save time and mistakes.
   
   
4. Document Body
   You can dictate or type the body of the document without being a computer expert. Paragraph styles can be changed with a click on a Toolbar. Styles include headings, sub-headings, quotations, and chronology.
   
   
5. Reliable Paragraph Numbering
   Paragraph numbering is supported to five level deep for six alternative styles. The numbering level can be selected direct from the toolbar. All paragraphs renumber automatically as paragraphs are created, deleted and inserted.
   
   
6. Automatic Field Recall
   Solicitor Details can be automatically recalled from contacts in Microsoft Outlook. Barrister and Chambers Details are also automatically inserted. Document Management Documents are saved for structured management and easy recall. A folder is automatically created for each firm of solicitors with a sub folder for each case. Each document is assigned a unique name containing its type, the court and date.
