TalkingPoint Tip 002 - How can I move the TalkingPoint Bar?

It’s possible to move the TalkingPoint bar out of the way, either temporarily or permanently. Please note to benefit from this new feature, ensure you are running TalkingPoint Commander version 14.03.305 or later.

TalkingPoint Tip 003 - Having problems dictating into Microsoft Word?

Well start using The TalkingPoint "Restart Word" command. It handles everything quickly, simply and automatically. Including saving open documents, closing and restarting word and reopening each document. It even re-positions the cursor where it was in each document ready for you to resume work

So if you are unfortunate enough to encounter problems dictating into Microsoft Word, do not restart TalkingPoint, Word or re-boot - just simply say"Restart Word", wait a few seconds and then resume work.

TalkingPoint Tip 004 - How can I set up Regular Items?

Setting up Regular Items can greatly speed up your desktop by voice. You can set up Regular Items such as 'Get Word', 'Get Google' or 'Get Patient Directory'.

TalkingPoint Tip 005 - How do I use TalkingPoint Explorer?

TalkingPoint Explorer lets you explore and manage your disk by voice. Say ‘Get TalkingPoint Explorer'. It displays directories on the left & files on the right. Say ‘Get Directories’ or ‘Get Files’. Say a word to select the first item containing the word. Say it again to select the next. Hover over a control for a hint. Click the Regular button to create a Regular directory or file. Click Attach to attach a file to the active e-mail. For more information and instructions click the Help button on the explorer.
